What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a seller. If you bought a product through a link on this site, the transaction was with a third-party merchant and we are not a party to it.
That means we cannot check an order status, process a refund or exchange, cancel a subscription, change a delivery, or resolve a billing dispute.
